Yellow Dog's Running Mate, Gray D. Cat

My fellow Americans,

Today is a day of hope and of healing.  As Yellow Dog's running mate, I was able to single-handedly rescue her from the back of a black van somewhere in New Hampshire earlier this morning. 

Yellow Dog and I are fighting hard for America.  It's a good thing I didn't take that free declawing offer a few years back.  We're fighting Republicans, cloners, people in SUV's trying to run over us, and we're doing it all for the American people and pets.

My association with Yellow Dog goes back many, many years when we were part of the Young Yellow Dog Democrats.  One night, after a campaign rally for a local city council person, Yellow Dog and I found ourselves cleaning up after the rest of the YD Democrats, and started a conversation.  We instantly found that we agreed on all issues, and vowed that we would one day be running mates.  To say Yellow dog is my best friend is an understatement. 

I'm deeply saddened by the tragic events that have befallen Yellow Dog over the past 48 hours, but assure the American public that she will be on her feet and running toward victory in New Hampshire.  And I will be running right beside her.  My deepest thanks go out to Dr. Lyle Catso for his help in nursing Yellow Dog back to good health.  God bless Dr. Catso, God Bless Yellow Dog, and God Bless America!
