Yellow Dog Pledges To Resolve Homeless Issues

Life on the campaign trail has taken Ms Yellow Dog all over the nation and while she admits the situation was bad during her 2004 campaign issues like hospital dumping of homeless and destitute dogs and cats are even worse this time around. Late last night while speaking to a group of homeless victims in a Los Angeles gutter Yellow Dog was heard to say, "I know the solution to ending homelessness in America and beyond."

"It takes guts to deal with hard problems," Yellow Dog continued. "That's why I've decided that when I'm elected President of the United States of America I intend to appoint Cara Michele Forrest America's first Homeless Czar with carte blanch powers to end homelessness in America and around the world."

Yellow Dog went on to explain that Ms Forrest has scratched behind Yellow Dog's ears on numerous occasions and that the two of them are connected on an intellectual and spiritual level. Yellow Dog explained that her friend Cara Michele's many years of steadfast street level homeless advocacy made her better equipped to deal with the issues than any Washington insider.
