The Most Shocking Photograph I've Ever Seen

Warning: It's graphic and may well rattle your senses. If this photograph doesn't cause you pain then put a gun to your head right now as you are of no value to the world. If you think this isn't your problem then you are the cause of the problem and should be shot dead as you are nothing. It's pornographic in that it displays a nude child in the most desperate of situations but there is no sex involved. It's child abuse but not in the way you think when you think child abuse-- it's worse than any child abuse you've ever seen. If you're having breakfast or your stomach is easily upset then I recommend you not view this picture. While I would think it office safe it is in no way safe to share with children.

Abviously your not hep to the fashion/customs of several African tribes. You need to watch National Geographic more often, seems the young men place thier heads under a cow as the cow is peeing, where after a while the uric acid bleaches the hair, and walla a fashionable hair dye job! Pretty revolting to some but to them it's as normal as a day at the beauty saloon!

Beau,
The picture is titled, "Child feeds from Cow's Anus" and if you'll look closer you'll see the child is not only starving to death but has his mouth to the cow's ass and not the top of his head.

Again, I put forth the theory it's possible though not likely the stuff tastes really great....I mean, has any of us tasted it? My dog loves it.

Beth, I gotta hand it to you, you certainly bring a different perspective. ;-)

He, Could of killed the cow. And made big macs

both beth and dave are fucking disgusting and worthless. In whatever context the picture was taken, it's obviously nothing to joke around about.

Mar 9, 2008 at 08:35PM | Unregistered Commenterpaige

Paige,
You should have seen the dozen or so comments I deleted. I know Beth and know her comment, while looking really bad, didn't reflect her real feelings. I promise you that while Beth's comment seemed uncaring, Beth was in-fact troubled by what she saw. But so many of the others I found simply too disgusting to leave.

Anyway, thank you for reading and most of all thank you for caring. The world needs a few more Paiges and a lot less of the sorts who left the many comments I deleted from this post.

Hi, sorry for my bad english, i'm french.
I recently saw a TV report in which they explained that this practice is intended to stimulate milk production of cows and / or its fertility, in a Kenyan people where people are tall and thin. That said, this "job" is reserved for young and poor herders. But the cow is for them, what they are most valuable for their lives, and they will stop at nothing to it prosperous and flourishing.
Hope you can watch to this picture with more serenity now.

I just add that I saw the same scene in video, and INDEED it is disgusting and shocking to us, of course yes, but it is not a scene of misery, suffering and starvation, that's what I mean.

May 5, 2008 at 01:22PM | Unregistered Commenterashley

Ashley, do you have a purpose on this planet? That is NOT funny. How would you like this to be your child? If this IS a way of nourishment; it still is reprehensible to know that a nation of our power will not dignify this as a problem. IT IS.

May 7, 2008 at 08:08AM | Unregistered CommenterYOKOHAMA!

is it also custom for the kid not to wear clothes? That's completely sick!!!

I am appalled.

Your "crying" on the internet is offering no value either.

If you care so much, fly over there and feed the little bastard.
