When can we hear that awaited poem?
Letting its words linger in the tunnel of our being
Pure droplets for cleansing
Embraces for a fall of agony
A definite rise, standing with courage
A triumphant smile
Wont’ be forgotten in the tracks of time
Celebrate the poetry of life!
Contained in the text are stories of other women-- survivors like Nasra-- who put a brave face forward in the face of cancer. Like Nasra, these women stand up and fight in the face of cancer. These are stories from the trenches, stories of women facing destiny-- stories of survival.
All sales of Brave Faces: The Daring Stand Against Cancer go towards raising cancer awareness in Africa and throughout the world.
