The Bobblehead's Minions Caught Red Handed

It appears that former mayor, Jim Melvin and his minions have been at it again. Action Greensboro-- a non profit run by Melvin's minions has been found to have donated $5000 to the Geo. C. Simpkins Political Action Committee even though it is illegal for non-profits to support political candidates either directly or indirectly.
Keith has the story. Joe asks, “…Does not this give the appearance of a quid pro quo?... In fact, it animates it.”

Next year, when I run for Mayor of Greensboro you have my solemn vow that I will never knowingly accept contributions from the Melderec con Simkins machine, Trebic or Melvin's minions.
Could the loss of non-profit status for Action Greensboro also extend to other 501c(3) organizations under the control of Melvin's Minions?
