Joshing Green Herons And Rag Poets

The camera is gone now and life returns to normal so I thought I'd take this chance to highlight a poem by another of Greensboro's poets who also happens to be quite the artist as well. Really, I'm not joshing you.

Green Heron

Ol' Green Heron is steppin out
Steppin out with leg so lean
Don't you holler, don't you shout
He's so good lookin he don't wanna be seen!

Ol' Green Heron!
