City Stalls For Time

Was the recent release of documents really in compliance to a possible law suit filed by Roch Smith Jr., Dr Joe Guarino and Sam Spagnola or was it in-fact another document dump designed to impede investigations and a boycott of businesses who are in bed with the guilty parties?

The information we received did meet the specifications of a portion of our request. It was disappointing however for a few reasons:
1. It contained multiple copies of the same documents.
2. It contained materials that were copied from media sources.
3. The bulk of it was information already previously released.
We are coming up on four months since the date of our request and most of what we have requested has not been released or even responded to with reasons why not.
