Bilingual Rooster

Since Gus began crowing I've noticed something different about his crow. In America roosters crow, "Cock-a-doodle-doo!" but Gus crows "Co-co-co-rico!" instead. So I decided that since Gus is a French breed that perhaps he crows in French so I looked up the French translation of "cock-a-doodle-doo" and found it to be "cocorico." I guess the slight difference is his American accent.

But Gus still clucks in English instead of the French, "gloussement." And he doesn't understand the hens when they say, "Not now, I've got a headache."

You need to come meet Nelly and Snow White and pick up a few eggs.
