Musipedia

Wikipedia has inspired hundreds of projects worldwide but never before was one of them like this: Musipedia-- The Open Music Encyclopedia-- is a wiki for music that contains a "searchable, editable, and expandable collection of tunes, melodies, and musical themes." And you know what else? The search features are interactive allowing you to search for tunes via a myriad of ways like whistling or singing into your computer.

Anyway, I'd tell you more but there's a song stuck in my head and I'm dying to try Musipedia for myself.

The Musipedia sounds fascinating.

I was disappointed to discover that dude999's web site did not answer my question about whether he planned to whistle the X Files theme or the greeting from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I guess it doesn't have all the answers after all. I'm so disillusioned!

Other Dude,
Yeah, I was pretty well bumbed myself. I was going to delete Dude999's comments and add him to my blocked list as a spammer but his comments are so full of great keywords to be indexed by the search engines I decided to see if they increase traffic to my website. Could it be possible that SPAM can increase one's search engine referrals? I'll test my theory and report later.
